Junior or Senior

Description of requirements
The Diamond Award is the highest recognition given by the Division of Student Affairs to a select number of Temple University junior and senior students. This recognition is based on a holistic evaluation of each student’s accomplishments. The Award is reserved for those who have demonstrated superior leadership, academic achievement, service to the University, and impact on a community (local, regional, or global). Through their leadership, it is clear that they are set apart from others as especially deserving of this unique honor.

Process for Applying
Students must fill out an on-line application, submit a resume, respond to an essay question (changes yearly) and obtain two letters of recommendation. Students may be nominated by a professor.

The recipient of this award is honored for their participation in School of Communications & Theater, Esther Boyer College of Music, Fox School of Business and Management and College of Liberal Arts or other schools or colleges within the University.

For any TU undergraduate who completes a research paper or project as part of a for-credit class at Temple University during the summer 2015, fall 2015, and spring 2016 semesters.
