Dr. Simon Hakim earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in Regional Science from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an M.S. in City and Regional Planning from the Israel Institute of Technology. He also holds a BA in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Dr. Hakim is also the director of the Center for Competitive Government.
