Dr. William Holmes received his PhD in quantitative economics from the University of Illinois . Dr. Holmes has taught at Temple since 1966 and is currently associate professor of economics. His research interest is rational-choice models of social behavior. He has published articles in a wide range of economics journals. Currently, he is the undergraduate coordinator of the Economics Department.
