The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) is an agency of the Department of Commerce. Along with the Census Bureau and STAT-USA, BEA is part of the Department's Economics and Statistics Administration.
U. S. Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration
This site is maintained by the DOE. In addition to data describing the production, consumption, and prices of energy products, the site provides access to forecasts of future energy markets from both "short term" and "midterm" forecasting models. The short term model can be downloaded.
U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC)
This website has a broader perspective for topical issues in economics compared to BEA (which is within the DOC).

This site provides access to data collected by over seventy Federal agencies.

This site has links to many of the data sources appearing elsewhere on this page. There is also a substantial amount of financial data. Subscriptions are available to enable data access and the use of utilities that facilitate data access.

This site is has very convenient access to many economic indicators and data series.
