Paul Seidenstat, Professor Emeritus

Paul Seidenstat holds a BA from the University of Delaware and an MA and PhD from Northwestern University. His specialty is public finance. He has written or edited 12 books and numerous journal articles and book chapters.

Active in public affairs, he was a county finance director, a consultant for a city council, and a candidate for the state legislature. He has been a newspaper columnist and a radio commentator. His military service was in the U.S. Army during the Korean War era. Currently, he is editing a book: “Protecting Airline Passengers in the Era of Terrorism” for Praeger Publishers. A book on “Protecting the U.S. Water Supply” is being planned.
