On Monday, February 24, 2014, from 12:30pm until 2pm the Institute for Public Affairs will host Daniel Butler of Yale University for a talk on “Information Costs and Officials’’ Proactive Effort Levels”. Daniel Butler is an assistant professor at Yale University where he teaches courses in statistics & American politics and serves as resident fellow for the Institution for Social and Policy Studies. Butler studies the behavior of public officials, both through observational and experimental work, to better understand issues of representation.
