From politics and policy, non-profits and advocacy, to media and communications, law and criminal justice, to business and finance, and international affairs – the Washington Semester provides total immersion in these fields within government institutions and the private sector for one full academic semester. Modeled on study abroad programs, the Washington Semester offers participating students a chance to earn 15 academic credits (12 in summer) while living and interning in the nation’s capital.
