Dear Colleagues, Graduate Students, and Graduate Alums:
The Department of Psychology is pleased to announce that Kylie Alm (student of Ingrid Olson) and Jon Stange (student of Lauren Alloy) are co- winners of the 2015 Phillip J. Bersh Memorial Student Award for their manuscripts “Fronto-Temporal White Matter Connectivity Predicts Reversal Learning Errors”(Alm) and “A Vulnerability-Stress Examination of Response Styles Theory in Adolescence: Stressors, Sex Differences, and Symptom Specificity” (Stange).
Kylie Alm and Jessica Hamilton (Co-author on Jon Stange’s manuscript) will present the results of their manuscripts and receive their award on Thursday, November 19 at 4:00 pm in Hamilton Library, 6th floor Weiss Hall.
Immediately following the presentation, there will be opportunities for us to reflect on and remember our colleague, Dr. Phillip J. Bersh and express our appreciation to the family for helping to endow this award.
