Geis Student Research on Women Conference

The Conference is open to all current graduate and undergraduate students, female and male, at the thirteen member institutions of the Greater Philadelphia Women’s Studies Consortium. Acceptance will be based on excellence and relevance of the research to women and/or gender issues. All accepted papers are entered into competition for the Geis Student Research Awards. First place awards are $200, and second place awards are $150 in both graduate and undergraduate divisions.


The Greater Philadelphia Women’s Studies Consortium includes:

Bryn Mawr College, Drexel University, Haverford College, LaSalle University, Rosemont College, Saint Joseph’s University,             Swarthmore College,  Temple University, University of Delaware, University of Pennsylvania, Ursinus College, Villanova University, West Chester University
