David Waxler began teaching undergraduates in 2002 while studying the neurobiology of learning and memory in graduate school at Rutgers University. He continued to teach as an adjunct faculty member at Rutgers, Rutgers Newark, and Widener University before joining the Temple Psychology Department full time in 2012. In 2015 he received a Distinguished Faculty Teaching Award from the College of Liberal Arts.
